A worthy successor to Carol Taylor and Maryann Corbett, predecessors in what is surely a mostly thankless, but needed, job. Since Maryann stepped down, there has been something missing—it’s good to have it back.

I reserve my permanent congratulations until Jayne fills out my questionnaire about how she would have handled the 82 most notorious board brouhahas. But as I have little doubt she would have administered the situations perfectly, I tentatively offer my whole-hearted support for the choice.
