I am sending the thing off to the wonderful wizard in Oz. I will either ask him to reply via email or I will use the website Cally has provided and buy some Aussie stamps. I encountered a mythical IRC when I lived in London, but I didn't really understand how it worked, and just waited until I moved back to the States to mail off my letter.
