That's the spirit, folks!

But Michael, I think lutefisk is a winter thing. And in the true spirit of the Fair, you have to be able to deep fry it.

IMO anything beats eating lutefisk/lutfisk. Even chicken feet. Lutefisk/lutfish is one item that never graced MY Christmas dinner table.
