Photo Manipulation Challenge
Well, it's been a very long time since we had a photo manipulation challenge. This one will be special because the top 3 winners will be featured in the upcoming issue of Ablemuse!
Here are the rules: *Create a new image from some or all of the challenge images posted here. *There must be a recognizable amount of at least 2 of the challenge images. *The contest runs till April 23rd. *The voting will take place from April 23rd till April 29th. *Have at it and have fun! Well it's the 24th but I am extending the contest till the 29th. If there are enough entries, we will begin the voting on the 29th - May1st. |
OK... And the challenge images are where? Or is it open to anyone to post one?
|
Hi Quincy - yes the challenge is open to everyone. The images are in the original post.
|
Thanks, Sharon. I was seeing no sign of any images in the original post when I wrote the query above. What I'm seeing now is three little boxes with red X's in them, marking where images presumably should be. For some reason they're not being displayed for me.

Sharon,
I can't see the images either. Janet |
Me neither. Unless the images are the boxes with the x's in them. That would be a challenge!
|
Can you see these now? Can you see these now?
|
I can see them now, Sharon.

Thumbnails only. Clicking to get the bigger version gives a "loading" animation which never finishes.
Edited: Trying again a few minutes later, I was able to get the big versions. |

I found this particularly difficult! I wanted to give the bird feathers with an upholstered look but just couldn't manage it. So its beak got the treatment instead. |
Well with only 2 entries (mine being inelligible to win) I have extended the contest to the 29th. Come on people whip out the clone brushes and get those creative juices flowing!
