My eldest sent me this, knowing it would tickle me. Now, whenever I try to tell her anything she says, "You have no authority here, Jackie Weaver!!"

Speaking as a local (but not a parish) councillor, I'm inclined though to agree with the chairman that Jackie Weaver has no authority here.
