Advance Notice of The End of Year Pruning (a little late)
 

Hello everyone,

I've been on holiday so I'm indebted to Annie for reminding me that I need to do the End of Year Pruning - which has become The New Year Pruning this time.

For the benefit of new members, "pruning" means that old threads are removed; this happens in June and at the end of December, to prevent the site from getting too clogged up with data.

Any threads which haven't been posted on for at least 30 days (60 in the case of the Translation board) will disappear and are not retrievable, so if you wish to preserve any of them please save them in a file somewhere, or print them out . . . whatever method suits you best.

This applies to the following boards only:
Metrical, The Deep End, Non-Metrical, Fiction and Translation.

The pruning will actually take place in a week's time - Monday 8th January 2024 - to give you all time to get around to keeping the stuff you want.
