Reading in Santa Cruz 7/28
 

I'll be reading from my new book, Lesser Magi, as the featured reader at Porter Memorial Library, Soquel, California (near Santa Cruz), Saturday, July 28, 2:30-4:30.

Don't worry: there's an open mic portion; it's not two uninterrupted hours of ME...

Perhaps some few of you might be nearby and wish to come and read yourselves. I hope so.

Of course, the book will be for sale at the event--and some readers have implied that it may have magical properties...

That is extremely nice. Any book worth its salt should of course have magical properties, but so few seem to these days. I'm glad to hear a new magical book is out there!
