Nicely done, Martin!

Many thanks, Susan and Andrew!
I hope those frozen frogs are having pleasant dreams during this cold spell. By the way, there are five known species of freeze-tolerant frogs in North America, including the well-studied wood frog, as well as Cope's gray tree frog, the eastern gray tree frog, spring peepers, and the western chorus frog. They are evolutionary marvels! |
Good one, Martin. Congratulations.

Congrats, Martin; thanks, Susan, for the link :)
Martin, this was also a contest winner, yes? Alek thought you might enjoy this video :D Best wishes, Fliss |
Thanks, Fliss. And please thank Alek for me. It's a fun video (amazing, actually), and I enjoyed.

Nice one, Martin. I enjoyed this despite not knowing Bishop's villanelle. Love "frog-cicle".
Matt |
Thanks, Matt. I'm glad "frog-cicle" tickled your fancy. I'm also pleased to hear that you didn't need to know Bishop's poem to enjoy this one.

Aww, this is really fab. I liked 'frog-cicle' too, and 'I'm a pro' and the way it's written from the froggy hero's perspective.

Thanks, Sarah-Jane!
