I didn't see it listed in any of the earlier posts, but Slant "looks favorably upon traditional verse forms and narrative poetry." Slant is a print journal published annually, with a website at http://uca.edu/english/slant-a-journal-of-poetry/. The editor only accepts one poem per poet in each issue.
