And now, in India...

Hey, folks,

Our first publication on the subcontinent: http://www.kritya.in/0601/En/poetry_at_our_time8.html

Three of these were workshopped here on the deep end, so I'd like to thank everyone who participated.

The people who do this site are fascinating. They really are working on building a world poetry site. The featured author is Czech, translated by an Irishman, there is a strong international presence on the editorial board. My goal here is really to highlight the venue and their work.

And while there is some free verse on the site, clearly they're not averse to formal work. Which is exactly what you'd expect, given that the Editor in Chief is a doctorate in Sanskrit with a specialization in the Vedas...

Thanks,

Bill

(added in: there's actually a fifth poem on the site, but it takes a bit of scrolling to find it.)

Kudos, Bill!

I've had a number of Rilke translations published there as well--a few years ago.
