Kudos to all the 'spherians in this issue !

Susan, Don, Stephen, Oliver: your work in this issue is sterling, congratulations!

Wendy, it's so kind of you to make the announcement, thank you. Perhaps I should note this is an earlier version and flexible formatting of "Home Free All"; it's the one Jean Mellichamp Milliken preferred, and the editor rules! It's an honor to appear in The Lyric.

Wendy, thank you for posting this. I should mention that
I'm always delighted by the hand-written notes I receive from Jean Mellichamp Milliken and often amazed and very appreciative that she finds the time, in a busy schedule, to share her personal responses to the poems that I submit. I'm honored to appear in The Lyric, to be in close
proximity with the likes of Terese Coe, Susan McLean, Stephen Scaer and Oliver Murray - whose poems I admire; which, by virtue of their craft, can only raise the 'property values'of my two humble mentions!

Stephen Scaer 07-31-2005 04:19 PM

Don -- you're way too humble and kind. I suspect you're hiding some exciting vices.

In addition to Susan, Don, Oliver, it was great to see Alfred Dorn in this issue.
