The Oldie Comp No 148: The Last Days of Jesus. (Deadline 9th March)

Hmm... I don't think rhyme is required here. But someone might prove me wrong...
Good luck with this one. I think we'll need it

COMPETITION NO 148
by Tessa Castro

Hugh Trevor-Roper’s Wartime Journals include a lot about his research for The Last Days of Hitler, commissioned to dispel rumours that Hitler was still alive. He remarked that it was a pity that Pontius Pilate didn’t commission a Roman historian to do a similar book, taking evidence from the Apostles, soldiers, etc, to prove that Jesus was really dead. So, an extract from that book, please. Maximum 150 words.

Entries to ‘Competition 148’ by post (The Oldie, 65 Newman Street, London W1T 3EG), fax (020 7436 8804), or email (comps@theoldie.co.uk) by 9th March. Don’t forget to include your postal address.
