No money for any of us in the 'mud' competition, but here's the next one.
Jayne From the magazine: For this month’s competition please write an excerpt from an epic (or mock epic) that somehow involves a trip to the shops. Excerpts must be twenty-four lines or fewer in length and, as usual, must rhyme and scan. Send them to reach these offices (or email if you really must) by 29th May.
