I have a new poem in The New Verse News. For some reason, it doesn't have its own url yet, so here is the front page: http://www.newversenews.com. It will remain on this page for a while, but you will have to scroll down after Aug. 27.

I have had several poems published in TNVN, but I don't think I've ever mentioned them. Here are some more recent ones:

You're doing really well in some interesting places.
Congratulations, Diane.

Very nice, Diane. Congratulations!

Congratulations, and thanks for introducing us to a venue with lots of intriguing material.

Thanks, Chris, Catherine and Maryann. There is a new, similar venue whose name I cannot recall--I wish I could. I have a long relationship with The New Verse News, however, and read it regularly.

It appears someone hacked the site--none of the links, and not even the top page, are working...

Diane Dees 09-14-2008 10:10 AM

I just tried it--it's working fine now, Charles. Not only that, but my poem finally got its own url: http://tinyurl.com/6k5ltg

It's (a) not working, and (b) a nuisance to back out of once you're there.

Diane Dees 09-14-2008 01:00 PM

Working fine on both of my computers. NVN is sometimes a slow load, though--make sure your cache is cleared.

Diane, I love "at least he's in town." Alas for Sir Ray. I may NEVER forget that art shop in the Quarter a couple of years ago, after the storm, devoted solely to Nagin portraits of every size, hue, and school...
