I know so many of you have said that the only thing missing in your on-line poetry experience is that you just can't get enough Mike Juster.
Well, if you're in that group, that problem is history! For the rest of the year I am the guest poet (succeeding the wonderful Maz) at the Academy of American Poets website. Go to www.poets.org then to "Poets & Poetry" in the upper left-hand corner, scroll down to "Discussion Forums," then look for the first box under "The Writing Life." Free drinks too. Tell them to put them on Sam Gwynn's account. [This message has been edited by Michael Juster (edited November 02, 2008).] |
Well, that is an excellent reason to put on my spike shoes and trudge on over there through the ice and snow to find out how the neighbors are geting along.

Now I'm confused. I thought the American Academy of Poets had already come out with a recommendation that people try and cut back on the amount of Michael Juster in their internet experience.
Congrats, Michael – looks fun. Frank |
People, yes. Poets are, of course, different.
