Beauty from Ashes exhibition closes...
 

There was a very nice closing reception last night for the Greenly Art Space exhibition, Beauty from Ashes, that I participated in. One of my drawings sold!!!! The photo is a dessert I made for the reception, a Chocolate Pavlova. I baked three this strawberry season for different occasions.

Fifteen school psychology interns came to the exhibition to learn about its theme and contemplate the art. I am very proud of this and glad the exhibition had an impact on the community. Here is the piece that sold. I am donating the proceeds from the sale to the gallery, a non-profit that is doing excellent work.
