I'm delighted to announce that registration is now live!

Please visit the website and once you have made your selections of workshop/seminar faculty etc. head over to the registration page where a link will take you to a secure form.

Sponsorship and scholarship application forms are also available.

Please contact me directly if you have any problems with the registration process or questions not answered by the FAQ.

After some useful feedback I have now added a section to the FAQ which explains the cost structure of the conference:

Note: The scholarship application form precludes out-of-country applicants, since the fields "state" and "zip code" are required fields. :(

Okay I have fixed that, Cathy. It was an oversight. I had already changed the other 2 forms after getting a friend in the UK to test them, but forgot to do the scholarship one. Should work for you now.
