Interesting. Clearly my idea of peace is somewhat different from that of the folks who came up with this list.

I think they measure by the official crime rate, but whadda I know.

OK, come to Scandinavia then. Here it is against the law to spank little kids even if you are its parent, and rightly so.

There is also Canada. Or Oz. Or New Zealand.

I didn't make the list, I just made a suggestion.
