Congratulations to Mike Juster on the coming publication by the U of Toronto Press of his translation of The Riddles of Aldhelm, 7th cent. Latin poet and Bishop of Sherborne. Patience, perserverance and the passive periphrastic. Way to go, Mike!

Congratulations, Mike! This is a book I want to read.

Thanks folks! I am pumped--three years of working and then five years of waiting after acceptance (with intermittent rewriting and editing).

The preorders seem to be going well and interest in reviews seems to be strong, so I am keeping my fingers crossed. They say that real books you can hold will be available November 2.
