David Berman tribute poem in Measure
 

David Berman was a formalist's formalist, and I like to think that he would have enjoyed this mashup, an elegy/sonnet/litany in AngloSaxon alliterative meter: https://twitter.com/hashtag/davidberman?src=hash

David also would have had a good joke about this poem (plus a funny short one about David by Robert Crawford) appearing in the final issue of Measure, but I just can't quite pull that joke out of the ether.
