Willis Barnstone Translation Prize

I was just surprised by some good news:
Quote:

Willis Barnstone has chosen Robert Schechter’s translation of Leo Strauss’s “The Village of As Though” and Edward Tick’s translation of “Denial” by Seferis as the co-winners of the 2019 Willis Barnstone Translation Prize. He has also selected Yvette Siegert’s translation of “Recycling” by Piedad Bonnett and Nathaniel Dolton-Thornton’s translation of “Scarlet Cana” by Liu Zongyuan for Honorable Mention.
