That’s very funny, Duncan, but not a terrible idea, on reflection, even for overseas shipping. Someone did send me a complimentary copy of his book. I can imagine more people doing that for a few seriously interested individuals. I hope to soon get around to doing the financial sit-ups for a book from someone soon, but I would certainly be willing to give my postal address by PM for a potentially great book with lots of inspiration.
