Hello everyone. My poem, "The Lone Katydid," appears today in this journal.

It was workshopped here many moons ago, and I am grateful for all the help I got.

I just wanted to let you know that I like the poem and was drawn into it by the lilting rhythms reminding me of Poe.

Thanks for letting me know you liked it, Ralph. It's interesting that it reminded you of Poe. I was also thinking of some of Robert Frost's rhyming trimeter poems.
