Great to see so many of your poems in one place. They work really well together. I remember enjoying four of these at Sphere, though "Owl" is new to me.

“Fighting Men at the Liquor House” was the first or one of the first of yours I read on the Sphere, and I’ve been breathlessly trying to keep up ever since as you soared from those unforgettable tall cane chairs through stratosphere and fantasy and back to earth for a bit. And that’s just the cycle I’ve been witness to. Thanks for keeping me surprised and off balance, John!

John, wow. These poems are riveting -- esp. "White Lies". (I'm Matt's opposite; "Owl" I remembered but the rest were new to me.)

There is a typo in the last line of your statement ("like" should be "liked").
