New Chapbook
Greetings! I suspect my name is unfamiliar to many of you, as I was most active here roughly two decades ago. I still check in at the Sphere from time to time, though, and hope everyone is well.
Today I make bold to post again, announcing I have a new chapbook out. I continue to write both formal and free verse, and this collection is emphatically and/or admittedly the latter. It was named a co-winner of the 2024 James Tate Prize competition, at SurVision, which publishes surrealist work. I'm pleased, of course, as much as I was back in 2014, when Kelsay Books accepted the manuscript that became Fragments of a Nocturne. So, if you're curious to see what I'm up to, eleven years later, the new volume, titled Surfacing Below, can be ordered directly from the publisher at this link: https://www.survisionmagazine.com/ja...izewinners.htm If, on the other hand, you're not so keen on the proposition, I'll understand. I wish you, nonetheless, all the best. Kind regards, Mark |
