Three Year Olds

Three year olds are silly things,
they're made of rubberbands and springs.
I'm suprised they don't sprout wings.
They do, in their imaginings.

And it's amazing what they do -
with a little ink or glue.

Now if you tend to get annoyed,
or if you don't like things destroyed
if you're not gainfully employed,
kids are something to avoid.

But if you want a lot of joy
have yourself a girl or boy.
I promise you, I guarantee
they're lots of fun when they are three.
