Thanks, Ed!
Here's the Duotrope link. Since you mention it, I'll post a call for submissions that
Birthe Havmoeller in Denmark helped me put together.
LAVENDER REVIEW Calls For Submissions For Issue 3
Lavender Review is a biannual e-zine dedicated to poetry and art by, about, and for lesbians, including whatever might appeal to a lesbian readership.
Theme: Night
The theme of Lavender Review’s Issue 3 is Night, in honor of Marilyn Hacker’s “night-fancied” poem in Issue 2.
Marilyn Hacker is an ‘award-winning poet and renowned editor, lesbian activist and literary formalist, native New Yorker and expatriate American in Paris.’ Here is an excerpt from her
Lettera amorosa in Lavender Review -
You, but who are you, if I never met you,
man or woman, mother-tongue French or English
(maybe Arabic), you’re a word, a nameless
presence, night-fancied.
Poets: Please submit up to six unpublished poems in the body of an email.
Artists: Please submit up to six images (jpegs preferred) by email.
Email your artworks or poems to Mary Meriam, Editor, Lavender Review:
