I got the same email message about an administrative error preventing Donaghy's
Collected Poems and
The Shape of the Dance from being distributed. I ordered
Collected Poems from Amazon a few weeks ago, and just received this email from them today:

I've emailed Picador again in hopes that the situation may be remedied quickly, but it seems Donaghy's works are not yet as readily available as was thought.
