Do you cover the Soft Boys'
Underwater Moonlight (or
Can of Bees)? Metro's self-titled debut (the one with the original version of "Criminal World")? Does early '70s glam rock "count" or do you define it as a separate genre? Are the Kinks insufficiently "obscure"?
None of these questions will stop me from buying the book. Better yet, don't answer them--I want to be surprised.
