Yes, you gotta be a Canuck, natural-born or naturalized. AND the publishing house has to have had at least four titles under its belt in order to nominate one of its authors (thus Lines of Flight wasn't eligible for a nomination in 2011). However, I'm THRILLED for James and Able Muse Press (Alex) and wouldn't miss this reading for the world!
