Which "oil Sheiks" are you referring to? I am pretty sure the Saudis have made it quite clear that they hate and would never support Hezbollah. Its only supporters, materially, are Syria and Iran. The former has no oil, and the latter isn't Arab and has no "sheiks." I don't think you've described the elephant very well.
