Two good poems, Quincy! I like "thin, unscripted voice." Interesting interview too. I'm wondering if this is the same Jonathan Creasy who was a student at a school where I taught a few years ago. He played the drums and performed at the Jazz Bakery quite a bit. The guy who interviewed you is about the same age, also from LA, and with similar interests. Just curious.
Also, I'm relieved finally to know how to pronounce "louwbre!" I was trying to "lube" it--which is hard to say.
