Agreed! Thank you so much - from my perspective, as someone who has frequently done these things, organising and facilitation is much, much harder - and more boring - than participation and also lacks a shiny consequence, and your generosity is appreciated. Particularly, for me, on sharing how translation works and the process (the crib!) THANK YOU!
