Here's a "Wu Song", supposedly . . . based on material found in Jason Kerr's Jou tau-la haiku (posted in Non-Met in early July):


Wu Farmer's Daughter Singing New Work Song in Hong Kong

. . . . . After sunset, neon flashes--
. . . . . everywhere--fish-ball stands:
. . . . . city girls make money; hoeing corn makes blisters.
. . . . . Calloused hands. Calloused hands.
