I was a little unclear as to who exactly was being addressed by the N here.

The first line refers to sexually attractive young women. L4 explicitly addresses the poem to young women and young men (who presumably include the women in L1).

But with "I loved a woman who dressed as well as you" he seems to be referring to one or all of the women in L1, and addressing one or all of them. Similarly the "so do you" referring to duclifying the air, also seems to be addressed the same woman/women. I guess in both cases he could be addressing both young men and young women, but it seems unlikely.
