Personally, I like the title (although the proper plural of "ranunculus" is either "ranunculuses" or "ranunculi"; "ranuncula" is a very common but not-quite-correct version of the plant's name. It's like the "poinsettia," which will always be the "pointsetta" to my mom and thousands of other people, whether or not it's in the dictionary that way).

Isn't the rumba, rather than the waltz, the "slow, quick-quick-slow, quick-quick-slow" dance? "Rumba" would have better alliteration; but I still like "waltz" better in the title. It's more elegant and refined, as is fitting for all those tiny buttons and beads.
