One thing that most Republicans, Democrats, and third party/independent voters agree upon is that
the Electoral College is not functioning as intended and needs to be changed.
The good news is that the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact, which improves that situation without altering the U.S. Constitution itself, is still inching along toward taking effect.
