It's hard for me to tell, because I do most of my writing in the early morning (before 8am), so before it's really clear whether a particular day is going to be "depressed" or not. Hard to know if the writing causes the good day or the goodness of the day causes the writing...

This is a truly inspired performance. One of my all-time favorite slow movements is Saturn (Movement No. 5). By the way, Julie would know that there is a female chorus at the end of the piece (Neptune), and the mood is amazingly spacey. (I've perfomed The Planets more times than I can remember. It's a really fun piece to play.)
