Pterodactyls
My first published poem appeared on The Society of Classical Poets website on October 12, 2019. It is entitled "Why Pterodactyls Make Great Pets." It is at:

Congrats, Mark! I read your poem a few days ago, and had more than a hunch that the poet is the same Mark Stone who hangs out at the Sphere. In fact, I was going to announce it here, but wasn’t 100% certain it was you (though the style pretty much gave it away). I love the poem.
Best,
Martin

Such mastery of rhythm and rhyme... not to mention a lot of fun, as John said!
Love it, Mark. Congratulations

Fun use of rhyme, Mark! I was glad to read it.
[Edited 18 February 2022 to add, for the benefit of anyone who might not be familiar with the venue and thus might be tempted to submit work there:
The site that published the poem in the original post is a white supremacist hell hole. They have published numerous examples of praise poems for police brutality against people of color, specifically Black people, along with sneers at the Chinese which they insist are not racist because they only hate the Chinese Communist Party, not all Chinese, even if those same sneers might still fan hatred of my American-born Chinese husband, my children, and my in-laws. Be sure to check out other examples of work that this group is publishing when you are deciding if you would be comfortable having your own work support this venue.]

Reason: Caveat about the venue added for posterity
