I will have three poems in the next edition of The Dark Horse. I've been hoping to land one of them in particular, "Dick," at The Horse. Gerry Cambridge (editor) is also taking "Margarita Night" and "Aubade," the latter written in Sapphics stanzas. All three, I believe, benefited from a round at the Sphere. Thanks folks.


I think the issue is due in January.

I should mention also that Presence, a journal of Catholic poetry, accepted my in memoriam for Tim, "Third Sancerre for Timothy Murphy," also workshopped here not long ago. So, two acceptance notes, four poems in a week--following many months of studying trends in apologetic form rejection notices. I like 'em short and sweet.
