Though I probably have no idea what's going on, I'll take a (rather general) stab at this anyway. M propositions m and they go ahead and get busy. I don't know what happens in the middle, but they fight at the close, which perhaps has a greater impact on m, who seems more vulnerable than M. I do really like the big M and small m aspect of this. Maybe there's a significant difference in power? The only criticism I have is that "%#@$," or something like that, is a rather typical expression of frustration/anger. The poem grew on me, although, as I said, I'm probably way off in my spare interpretation. Anyway, I wanted to bump it back up. I'm curious how others are reading this. Have enjoyed thinking about it.

This took so long (241.3mm) to appear that I did it again while I was waiting.

This poem would be better in performance.

(It's cute, but even with a very broad definition of poetry I'm not sure it qualifies).

I wouldn't disqualify this, Roger. And I don't know how you could perform this (though, admittedly, I'd love to see that, hear that, ha). No, I think there's enough going on here. On the page. Even if I'm misunderstanding this. Which I'm betting I am.

I hope I don’t sound facetious… but this would go well with an accompanying music score by Yoko Ono. It seriously would. I love the language. The music not so much : )

There’s so much here to parse. I’ll spend some time this evening mMmmMmM-ulling things over and get back if anything of any worth occurs to me.

I really like it. Especially as a scripted poem. (I wonder if the other alphabet poems are also in scripted format?)

They offered mme. et M.
une chambre ŕ deux lits, faute de mieux
so they summoned their forces
and pooled their resources
de haut en bas, as it were...
