Default Two books

I have two books coming out in the first half of 2020, one a collection of poetry the other a prose book about Dante.

The poetry collection is called Non-Noah and the Rainbow, selected by James Matthew Wilson for this year’s choice in the Colosseum Series published by the Franciscan University Press in Steubenville, Ohio.

The prose book, whose title is still not decided, is a reading of Dante’s poetic gnosis, his symbolic language, in his three major vernacular works (above all of course the Comedy). It will be published by Angelico Press, which is based in Brooklyn.

I’ll announce here when the poetry book is out and in GA when the prose one is. This is an end-of-the-year horray. I’m pretty thrilled about both books.

(See you all soon, I hope, on the poetry boards!)

Ann, Aaron, Susan, Andrew, Ned, & Cathy: thanks for the high-fives! I appreciate it.

And Ann, yes, most of the poems, including the title poem, passed through the poetry boards at some point.
