Ok, this is somewhat self-trumpeting, but it's also trumpeting another poet some of you may be interested to read.
My review of Yahia Lababidi's new book,
Balancing Acts, has just been published on the site thethepoetry.com. It's a bit different from the formal community, but on the other hand, Lababidi is something of a mystic/seeker and his work reflects his spiritual bent. Also he's an accomplished aphorist. And the book has an intro by H.L. Hix, who was the judge of last year's Able Muse Write Prize. And I'd be very happy if you checked out the review.
