Default Villanelles!

Gail White drew to our attention an anthology of villanelles way back in August.

Very excited that one of mine has been chosen for inclusion. Anyone else hear yet?

One of mine, too, "The Demon Lovers," was chosen.

One of mine, as well, entitled “Charlie.”

I am delighted and look forward to reading the anthology, which will apparently be called Love Affairs at the Villa Nelle.

Many congrats to many good folk. I’ve written one villanelle, and probably my single best life decision to date is that I never posted it here. I don’t know how yinz do it.

My experience is like Aaron’s: I’ve written two, and I burned them both to the finest of ash. I can’t do it. My admiration and props to you who can.

Congratulations!
