Thanks, Nemo; and I'm glad you "get" the cover, Susan. The artist, George Lucas, was a merry co-conspirator and we have become friends.

Sorry the thing came out so huge but I faffed for ages trying to get the attachment past the Spherean Kilobyte-counter and decided to quit while I was winning.
