Oh, legal obstruction seems extremely.. well, duh, and clearly, Trump is stupendously corrupt. But we didn't need Mueller to tell us that.

I think Mueller's decision to not make a judgement on obstruction, which is obvious, more so than even cum on a dress, is fatal. This isn't nuance, Quincy. This orangutan, with more support than you think, is a bigger tragedy than 9/11, in my view. And this is a bigger war.

When even Judge Napolitano on Fox News has said that the Mueller report describes outright obstruction, I think it's pretty clear that the only reason Trump wasn't indicted is that Mueller was following DOJ guidelines saying you can't indict a sitting president. But Mueller very clearly describes obstructive conduct and explicitly invites Congress to do something about it.

It were to be wished that the Special Counsel determined of Trump as it has his Campaign, and so added him to the catalog of those indited; the official guilt or innocence of the commander-and-chief, however, falls squarely to Congress to determine. That is, once given reasonable evidence of illegal conduct. For example, a connection between five goons caught in the D.N.C. archives and Nixon’s re-election Campaign was all the Senate needed for them to vote 77-0 to form the bipartisan Watergate Committee which, as you know, led to the impeachment process. The wonder now is that this G.O.P. should constitute a veritable coalition of inaction, at variance with precedent and in defiance of obligation, without a one among them otherwise than ‘at peace’ with some twelve detailed instances of obstruction of justice.

Worth noting that senator by senator - Grassley, Graham, McConnell - this same GOP lined up to wag the finger at Bill Clinton and holler that obstruction deserves impeachment. A party without spine and without principle has lost all reason to exist but the raw pursuit of power and cash. But that's hardly news.
