My copy just arrived, and I'll be dipping into it tonight, but that cover! It's even more beautiful in person, as it were, and seems to be part of a series. Stunning photographs throughout.

Got my copy Saturday. Alex has placed my poem, A Suicide, opposite Kim Bridgford's Lazarus. They dance together beautifully.
