Rachel Maddow on MSNBC just made a coherent case that Rex Tillerson was fired within hours of condemning Russia for killing their ex-spy in London, that his subordinate was fired for inadvertently disputing the (false) White House timeline, and that the White House announced H.R. McMaster would be fired within hours of his condemning Russia for their Syria attacks. Donald Trump seems then unusually prompt, after months of dithering, in firing cabinet members who speak ill of Putin's Russia in public; and a fair bit of lying about timelines goes on as well.
A footnote: John Kelly announced that he told Tillerson he was fired while Tillerson was on the toilet. Beyond the unpleasantness, this story seems fabricated by Kelly. Trump may have sold his soul to Putin, but Kelly seems to have decided Trump was the very man he wanted to sell his soul to. More power to him.

Ahh - another Rachel watcher. She drives me crazy most of the time, she repeats herself endlessly, she takes ten minutes to explain something that should take two - and then she comes up with info and insights like the one you detailed above.

And, of course, that was eclipsed an hour later by the firing of McCabe, so won't get the attention it deserves.

We have at best at best a crooked moron, and quite possibly a Manchurian President. When in hell are enough Republicans going to realize that so that we can impeach the guy?

Never, Michael. They're paid millions by their greedy sponsors not to rock the boat. Why would they want to kill the goose that keeps laying golden eggs, even if the goose is certifiably insane, and a traitor to boot?
