I came; I saw; I cocked it up
Michael Avenatti has just offered to send a daily limo for Rudy Giuliani so he can appear on Fox as often as he likes.
In case you missed it, Giuliani explained there yesterday, about two days after joining Trump's team, that Trump reimbursed Cohen for his $130,000 payment to Stormy Daniels. He also said "Imagine if this had come out in October 2016."
Cheers,
John

Actually, Giuliani has been a member of the Trump team for two weeks now (time passes quickly when you're having fun), and he started by announcing the it would take him "a week or two" to resolve the situation. Did you see him at the Republican convention, or any other recent public appearances? He's demented. He and Donald would make a good fit it it weren't all so utterly sad.

My head spins as I go to bed each night from the days' events. I don't know... Wouldn't it be nice to find that Trump indeed has a death wish and the final gatekeeper to his place in infamy is Ghouliani?

I've been saying for a year that my fantasy is someday Trump and Guiliani will share a jail cell. It's amazing Guiliani is allowed to represent Trump, given that Comey said in a recent interview that Guiliani was being investigated for FBI leaks that he went on tv in October 2016 to crow about.

Hi Jim,
That *was* an unexpected news item! Worth watching to the end.
Cheers,
John

I'm seriously in favor of banning anyone who voted for Trump from voting for 10 years. Really. And in the future they have to present a certificate from reality camp before pulling a lever. Christ, this is so far beyond debate.

I think there should be a lifetime voting ban on those who cannot prove that their IQ is not higher than the number of the President for whom they voted.

I think a lot of Trump voters knew he'd be a disaster. Their votes were a F*** YOU to a system that has left them behind. And to liberals who ridicule them.
The more campaign literature I get from the Democrats, the more I feel we're going to be stuck with Trump for eight years. I can't believe they're spending so much money and energy trying to convince voters they should vote against Trump. What is the profile of the voter they think hasn't yet made up her mind about Trump, but will be persuadable by something the Dems say?

I think you are right. It's toxic.
