Default Spherean-o-rama in the new Light

Yes, the virus-delayed, so-called Winter/Spring 2020 issue of Light is live at last:

*Featured poet David Hedges.
*X.J. Kennedy's appreciation of David's work.
*Three dozen more hilarious poets, at least half of them Spherean.
*Barbara Egel-eyed book reviews.
*Our most Zeitgeisty cover photo ever.
*News page updates on contests, publications, and more.
*Enough laughs to get your blood pressure down to pre-pandemic levels (at least for an hour or two).

Thank you, thank you, to all you amazing contributors!

Good to see Light belatedly flooding the verse firmament again and banishing the C-virus blues with bears, dog-walkers, landlines, litter, little Willies, lost maps, masks, moons, owls and runcible geese among many other topics.

Thank you Melissa, Kevin, and the rest of the team for piercing the pandemical pall.

The darker the situation gets, the more I need a dose of light verse to lift my spirits. Thanks, Melissa, Kevin, and all of the people who came together to provide it.

Susan

And now Light POTW, the bi-annual's weekly topical offering, has just posted another record-equalling fourteen pieces of the very best butter, putting what Orel Protopopescu calls the Trumpandemic firmly in its place.

Thanks again, M & K!

Thanks so much, Jerome and Susan--for the kind words and for your own great work in the winter/spring issue. We couldn't be "piercing the pandemic pall" without the likes of you.
